Alma kefir from whole milk is produced of
pasteurised farm milk from the farms of Central and Southern Estonia, whereas the fat content of the milk is naturally varying – exactly the same as the in the milk originally delivered from the farms (3.8–4.2%).
The product symbolises a natural, rural and domestic way of life and has the recognised quality of Alma.
