Olympus Feta cheese is made from a mixture of pasteurised lamb and goat milk, and it has a crumbly texture and authentically tangy, slightly sour taste. Average fattiness, moderate saltiness characteristic of a white salt water cheese. It doesn’t change colour during the production process. Feta is an essential ingredient in a classical Greek salad.
