Designed especially for the 100th anniversary of Estonia, Forte Classico 500 g cheese is a hard Italian-style cheese that has matured for 10 months and produced by Võru cheesemakers. With this time, the cheese has obtained the properties which are characteristic to hard Italian-style cheeses: tangy smell, ripe and somewhat sweet taste, granular and crumbly structure.
The specially designed package Forte Classico 500 g cheese boasts a beautiful silver Võru brooch and a simple message on the front: “Happy birthday, Estonia!”.
Forte cheese can be grated on dishes or served as chips or crumbled chunks on fruits, vegetables or with wine.
